His work in TMT includes data privacy, blockchain, digital businesses, and general compliance advisory. Tri’s recent project involves advising an Indonesian state-owned bank on the utilization of blockchain in banking operations while also highlighting potential risks that may arise. 

In addition to his experience in the TMT sector, Tri has been actively involved in M&A transactions. Some of his notable work includes advising a state-owned health and pharmaceutical company on legal risks related to corporate restructuring (spin-off); assisting in the establishment and operations of a super lender for a peer-to-peer lending company; and advising a Chinese state-owned construction company by issuing a red-flag opinion on the validity of shareholder loans, share transfers, and intra-company transactions.
