He is also well-versed in real estate, property, land ownership structuring, and corporate structuring.

With strong analytical skills honed as a litigator and a global perspective, Jonathan offers strategic legal guidance on cross-border investments, corporate planning, market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, and international dispute resolution. He is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious matters, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges across multiple jurisdictions.
