Raihan has handled land acquisition due diligence, EPC and construction contracts, O&M agreements, and land asset protection. Raihan has been involved in various upstream and downstream oil and gas matters, includes production sharing contracts, joint operations agreements, offshore and onshore well construction, legal compliance, cooperation contracts (KSO), enhanced production sharing arrangements (EPSA), and energy transition projects.

Raihan’s work in dispute includes pre-investigative matters relating to alleged criminal acts in the agriculture and importation sectors, advisory on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, arbitration and mediation. In addition, Bagus has also experience on the restructuring of SOE organizations, governance and compliance matters, and financing and loan arrangements for SOE-led projects.
