Our Bagus S D Nur Buwono and Enrico Iskandar recently attended INTA’s (International Trademark Association) 2023 Annual Meeting Live+ in Singapore.
As the sole representative member firm for Indonesia in the global legal network Globalaw, the firms attendance included the wider international community of member law firms which discussed the current trends and developments of the wider International Trademark associations.
This has allowed insightful discussions of the development of international trademarks and the increasing awareness of importance related to ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) contracts on a global scale.
