We are delighted to announce that our team of lawyers led by Wisnu Aji Wiradyo assisted by Berliana Pricilia Hutapea, Vera Ridhani and Sheyla Namirah Korompot has represented and acted for both of PT Honeywell Indonesia and PT Honeywell Indonesia Trading (both of which are subsidiaries of Honeywell International, Inc.) in their successful merger, which results in PT Honeywell Indonesia Trading to be merged into PT Honeywell Indonesia.
The merger is expected to maximize the opportunity for PT Honeywell Indonesia to take advantage of economies of scale to realize better management, operations, efficiency, human resources and marketing synergy in the future.
